Internal Competition Secretary

Determine competition dates
- Refer to the club programme for dates and topics of next season’s internal competitions, from programme secretary
Shortlist Judges
- Refer to ‘Judges Booked’ spreadsheet, CACC and PAGB handbooks to make a shortlist of judges to ask for next season
Contact Judges
- Email judge with greatest distance to travel with a list of all the set subjects and dates asking when they could visit
- As a judge accepts remove accepted date from list emailed out to next judge, until all competitions have a judge booked
- AVI competitions should be done separately as only a few judges are AVI qualified

Create Competitions
- Clone the previous season’s Competition Group to create a new Group for the upcoming season
- Refer to the club programme for dates and topics of next season’s internal competitions, from programme secretary, and the list of judges booked to update the individual competitions within the new Competition Group
  - Change Competition Titles and Judges assigned to each competition
  - Update status of each competition to ‘Open’
