Woodley Photographic Club is a friendy local photographic club founded in 1968.
We welcome all from beginners to experts with varied types of equipment from mobile phones to high end DSLR cameras.
☑ Our club evenings
We meet Monday evenings 7:45pm to 10pm at The Oakwood Centre, Woodley except during holidays and our Summer break. We have a wide programme of activities at our club evenings ranging from guest speakers, competitions (internal and external) member talks, presentations and practical sessions. We have a short break each evening for Tea/Coffee and a social chat. During January and February we meet on Zoom, this allows us to have speakers, talks and friendly inter-club competitions with clubs and speakers from much further away. Please see our yearly programme.
☑ What we do
The founding aim of the club is to be a friendly club that encourages, gives help and advice to members to help them improve their photographic skills, understand their equipment and achive the photographic results they want.
