AV Preparation

• Entries via e-mail to comp-internal@woodleyphoto.co.uk by 12:00 (noon) on the Sunday 8 days before judging
• AV should be 1080p (1920 x 1080 pixels) MP4 format
• Maximum run-time 8 minutes
  • It is recommended to have a 5 second black screen lead in at the beginning of your AV so that any file titles and interface from video player have time to fade from the screen before your sequence starts
• Send email using this template:
  • Your Name: Firstname Surname
  • AV Title: Title of your AV
  • AV Runtime: mm:ss

DO NOT email your AV file, you will be sent an email with a link to upload your file to

Entries are to be anonymous, please do not include your name in any beginning or end titles
